DIRECTOR
Senior OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
ASHLEIGH CAVILL
I have a commitment to help all myclients achieve their goals through creating a safe and playful space where they can truly shine as themselves. My time in paediatrics has allowed me the opportunity to work with children with many different diagnoses and difficulties.
I enjoy building long-term relationships with children and their families and work with them to create individual plans and strategies in order to achieve a range of goals - big or small. I understand the importance of a collaborative client-centered approach and believes that “the more the merrier” when it comes to supporting my clients and strives to create a team approach.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating new experiences.

ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
BROOKE WOODS
After completing a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, I started my Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the beginning of 2024. I chose this path because I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, helping them grow, and supporting them in becoming their best selves.
I chose paediatrics because children are so diverse and unique, ensuring that no two days are ever the same. Each day, I come in with a variety of goals to help the kids work towards through creativity and loads of fun!
Outside of work, I enjoy playing team sports, reading a book at the beach, and spending time with my friends!

ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
CLAIRE WILSON
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Newcastle.
I chose OT because I love the idea of helping people live the best life they possibly can. Working in the paediatric setting means I can combine this passion with all the elements of fun and play.
Outside of work I love dancing, camping or going to the beach.
